The following terms (“Terms of Use”) apply to your use of the ID TECH website (the "Website"). The materials on the Website are made available for informational purposes only, and by reading, copying, or downloading any materials from the Website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. ID TECH makes every effort to protect personal information and privacy at all times. All information collected is viewed as "confidential" and is governed by this Privacy Policy and/or the appropriate confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements in place.

ID TECH will, when appropriate, share information with other ID TECH locations or entities, such as Affiliates, Distributors, or Representatives both in the United States and abroad. This information is shared with entities outside of ID TECH, only when we have your consent, when it is necessary to fulfill a request by you for a product or service, to keep you up to date on new product announcements or software updates, to inform you of special product offers or updates that we think you would be interested in (unless you request to be removed from such update lists), or when required by law, or necessary to protect personal safety, the public or our web sites.
